Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how Flowers Always LLC delivers your floral orders, including our delivery areas, timing, fees, and what to expect. By placing an order you agree to the terms below.

1. Delivery Area

We provide hand-delivery throughout Tampa, FL and surrounding neighborhoods. If you are unsure whether we deliver to a particular address or ZIP code, please contact us at info@getflowersalways.com or +1 (917) 998-7810 before ordering.

2. Same-Day Delivery

Same-day delivery is available for local orders placed before 1:00 PM ET, Monday through Saturday, subject to availability. Orders placed after the cutoff, on Sundays, or on major holidays will be scheduled for the next available delivery day.

3. Delivery Times

Standard local deliveries are made between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM on the selected delivery date. We are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific hour, though we do our best to accommodate reasonable time requests. For time-sensitive occasions such as funerals or events, please order early and note the required time so we can plan accordingly.

4. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated based on the delivery location and are displayed at checkout before you complete your order. Additional fees may apply for extended delivery zones, rush requests, or specialized event deliveries.

5. Accurate Delivery Information

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address, recipient name, and a valid recipient or purchaser phone number. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information. If a redelivery is required due to inaccurate details provided by the customer, an additional fee may apply.

6. Recipient Availability

If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, our driver may, at their discretion, leave the arrangement in a safe, shaded location, with a neighbor or front desk, or attempt to contact the recipient. In some cases we may leave a notice and attempt redelivery. To protect flower quality, we cannot leave arrangements in unsafe or extreme-weather conditions.

7. Business, Hospital, and Facility Deliveries

For deliveries to businesses, hospitals, schools, or other facilities, please provide the department, room number, or suite, and confirm the facility accepts flower deliveries. Some facilities have restrictions (for example, certain hospital units). We deliver to the facility's designated receiving area when direct delivery is not permitted.

8. Delays

While we strive for on-time delivery, occasional delays may occur due to weather, traffic, high-volume holidays, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant delays and to complete delivery as soon as possible.

9. Delivery Confirmation

Upon request, we can confirm when your order has been delivered. If you believe an order was not delivered, please contact us within 24 hours so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

10. Substitutions

Please note that seasonal availability may require flower or container substitutions of equal or greater value, as described in our Terms & Conditions.
