Refund & Return Policy

At Flowers Always LLC, your satisfaction is our priority. Because our products are fresh, perishable, and made to order, this Refund & Return Policy explains when refunds, replacements, or credits are available and how to request them.

1. Our Freshness Guarantee

We guarantee that your flowers will arrive fresh and beautiful. If your arrangement arrives damaged, wilted, or substantially different from what was ordered, we will gladly replace it or issue a refund in accordance with this policy.

2. How to Report a Problem

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@getflowersalways.com or +1 (917) 998-7810 with your order number and a photo of the arrangement. Photos help us resolve quality issues quickly and improve our sourcing.

3. Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

You may be eligible for a replacement or refund if:

  • The flowers arrived damaged, wilted, or dead on arrival;
  • The wrong product was delivered;
  • The order was not delivered due to our error.

Refunds or replacements are provided at our discretion after review. Where a replacement is offered and accepted, an additional refund for the same issue will not be provided.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not available when:

  • An incorrect delivery address or recipient information was provided by the customer;
  • The recipient was unavailable and no safe location was available to leave the arrangement;
  • A claim is reported more than 24 hours after delivery;
  • Normal, expected variation in natural flowers (such as color or bloom stage) or approved substitutions occurred;
  • Flowers were not cared for according to the included care instructions.

5. Cancellations and Changes

To cancel or modify an order, contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Orders cancelled in time are eligible for a full refund. Because arrangements are prepared in advance, cancellations or changes requested less than 24 hours before delivery, or after the arrangement has been prepared or dispatched, may not be eligible for a refund.

6. Returns

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept physical returns. Please do not ship flowers back to us. If there is an issue, contact us and we will make it right under this policy.

7. How Refunds Are Issued

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer. Delivery fees may be refunded only when the issue resulted from our error.
